Great location to explore the city. The hotel is clean and functional, the staff were extremely welcoming and very pleasant. The value was excellent. The only downside is that the noise from the road outside the hotel is loud due to the traffic junction.

During my third visit in Armenia I had a terrible experience in the hotel, so I was walking and checking places while I was there. I found Lilia Hotel, I enquired and spoken to Lala (Front Desk Rep.), she was very accommodating, and showed me the room features. The place was small, decent size of room, but it is extremely clean, quiet and complete stuff at the room and hotel. And when we came back, we booked and stayed in their hotel. They had an excellent customer service from the front desk people, the hotel driver, the money exchange, kitchen and housekeeping people. Majority of the staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. They speak English. There was a homely feeling about the room and hotel itself, with fresh and delicious breakfast. It is a great location, nearby the Republic, then the other side - Cascade, restaurants, and other tourist spots at Yerevan area. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit in Armenia. Highly recommended. Lovely hotel with lovely people.

The location is good. It is about 10 minutes walk to republic square. The room is clean. However, the room we got was on the ground floor. It was quite noisy as we could hear everyone in reception. Sleeping was hard during the day when the reception area was active. Maybe rooms on other floors would be quite.

Located in the heart of the city, the main city attractions are walking distance from the hotel. Not your typical 25+ room hotel but that’s what makes it unique. Cozy, homely, comfortable and most importantly extremely helpful and courteous staff. Special thanks to Julieta for guiding us and helping us get around the city. A thorough sweetheart for sure. Overall extremely satisfied with the experience.

Very nice Hotel. There is everything in the room: tv, refrigerator, safe, big mirror, table, electric kettle. Large shower. All in the room is new. Very friendly and polite stuff. Tasty homemade breakfast. If you have desire to visit Yerevan, you can stay here. It's good location, tasty coffee as compliment, and you can order transfer from airport and back.
